Concept Store – Wer Haus

Premises of such type as Concept Store, multidisciplinary space for exhibition hall, bar, restaurant and clothing sales area. We carried out the project to obtain the license to exert the activity with the problems that it behaved to fit 3 different activities in the same premises, also the conceptual design was made and all the installations were legalized (electrical, natural gas and fire alarm systems). It was a project of great complexity due to the typology of the premises and the type of order that the clients made to us: a multidisciplinary space that was singular, diaphanous, simple, but with personality, with high ceilings and industrial features.
