The project consisted of the integral remodeling of a place to transform it into a vanguard restaurant located in Uptown Barcelona. The challenge we had was a space with a complicated configuration, no type of any noise protection, a tight budget and high demands on the part of the customer.
Completely new electrical installation was carried out since the old one could not be used and it was legalized with the company ECA. The exhaust duct had to be raised up to the general roof of the building, although there was a lower deck, it had to have a very efficient soundproofing of the premises as the a family lived right on top of the place, so we had to install a really good system for the noise protection.
The result was that the client obtained his license to open the place with the rules of the Barcelona City Council, the place was perfectly adequate and complied with all the rules of accessibility, ventilation, air conditioning, fire and sanitation in general.
