The mission consisted of making all the legalizations of an industrial warehouse destined to the assembly of machinery of technology for the treatment of waste. During the renovations the amount of fire would be calculated on the premises according to the specifications of the client and on the basis of this calculation and the typology, all necessary protections were designed.
The town hall of Barberà del Vallès granted the opening license after an internal inspection and delegated the fire control act to an external company, whre we were constantly notified and in control of the process. This company requested all the documentation generated in the reforms (certificates of installation, materials, homologations, essays, etc.). An electrical project and its corresponding bulletins were also made to legalize the electrical installation.
The offices were fulfilled with all the regulations of accessibility, space renewal, sectorization, air conditioning and safety of the workers.
